Anne Petit has been a member of the Paris Bar Association since 1994 and the Barcelona Bar Association since 2011, and has over 20 years of experience advising Companies and Executives in a multicultural context (Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the United States).
Since moving to Barcelona in 2009, Anne has developed more specific expertise in advising international companies on the legal management of their human capital in Spain, and in counseling and defending expatriate executives or those assigned to this country.
She began her career as an attorney at Baker & McKenzie in Paris before joining the Watson Farley Williams law firm, then the Bertelsmann Music Group company, and finally the corporate law department of the EY (Ernst & Young) group. Since its founding, Anne has been a Partner at Mas Advocats.
Anne holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from France, a Master’s degree in International Law from the United States, and a Master’s degree in Labor Law from Spain (Universidad Autónoma of Barcelona). She works in French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
